Welcome to the forum xLe Mung!
Here’s a nice Lumos configuration to look at for your budget... You plug the Config number into the Load Config page from the upper header to see and adjust as you like...save to save changes to a new Config number...easy! Lumos Config # 2238927 A i7-9700 k processor with a free Stage 1 Overclock, a solid Corsair cooler, fast Samsung Evo m.2 SSD drive, 16gb RAM, free case led lights, and a very good RTX 2070 video card to run most games at high settings... If you find your video streaming use needs more RAM it’s about the easiest plug and play upgrade you can do yourself to add more RAM... See what you think, and tinker with the selections as needed.... Edited by HockeyBuck - 31 Jan 2019 at 5:50pm |

Probably looked something like this.
Config # 2239639 The name parts vs DS brands is for the assured quality and 5 year warranties. Over clock isn't necessary. I doubt you would even notice, but if you want it, shouldn't cause problems. The RTX 2070 will exceed your expectations, most likely. It will slaughter anything at 1080p, and is the price/performance choice at 1440p. Won't max out everything at that res, but almost. |
