ppoling,
I am no expert, but from what I have heard, and read the Cosmos case will get pretty warm since it is insulated to reduce the noise.  Running 2 8800 gtx cards with that processor may be a bit much for that case...even though you are liquid chilling.  I would suggest the extreme case since it has much better air flow and a bit more room.

8800GTX 768MB SLI
Liquid Chilled FrostBite CPU
X-FI XtremeGamer
850W SilverStone PSU
TJ-9 Extreme

PSU is probably overkill.

I got a Raptor boot drive, but now believe it was not worth the cost.

If I wanted to use Vista-64, I'd get a dual boot (duel boot?) system with XP Home, just to have a reliable backup OS for emergencies; then hope you never have to use it. Wink

Unless your computer room is hot, I wouldn't bother with liquid cooling, particularly if you're only going to do the CPU.

Oh yeah, and I like my EXTREME case a lot.

But,hey, what do I know....

That's right, the Extreme case is always better than Master Cosmos case. Anyway, your rig look great.
