Just looking for input on my configuration and some questions
Mainly gonna use it for gaming like Starcraft2, FFXIV(some friends are all gonna play and want me to join them). Also some photo editing and music. My budget is around $2,000 so i dont wanna spend any more than what it is at now. I'm probably not gonna upgrade anything unless i have to. I was also wondering how much heat dual video cards generate i've never had a machine with dual cards. So was wondering if fans alone would deal with it because i really dont want to get into a liquid cooling seems extreme for what i will be using my machine for. one part im unsure on is if 750watt power supply is enough. I have no real clue is to how much power i need. I assume you went with the CM 690 because you like the looks? here's a config with the same case but a diff setup. If you're not stuck on the case you can get one with better airflow. Price just under 2k. Ticket number: 428034

I would suggest a few changes to that config
rings in at over $100 less
better case for cooling
id cut out the SSD in this budget range becuase if youre building a rig purely for gaming, i would suggest spending that money on a sound card instead. both the SSD and soundcard are easy installs, so you could always choose one now and add the other later. but ask yourself: would you rather have your save/load screens move faster, or have better sound while playing?\
i put you in the 922 becuase its in a completely seperate class for airflow, will definitely keep your build nice and cool, and have plenty of space to breathe
it would also be quieter in theory, as bigger fans = lower rpms = less noise
