Getting ready to order my 3rd DS system. My dilemma is the case. The system I will be replacing is housed in the HAF 932. I love the Hailstorm 2 along with the Adventum case, however they are to large for where I would put them. I could go with the 942 HAF X as the size would work fine. I also like the syndicate case. Any of you care to give opinions on the new Corsair Carbide air 540?
What I am looking for in a case...... room enough for good airflow, multiple fan options. Liquid cooling options, bigger rad(s) the better. SLI Nvidia 780’s or Titans Multiple drives, hot swap a plus Basically room enough for swapping out / working on replacing Hard Drives, graphics cards and such. I am not opposed to buying a case and shipping it to DS, or having DS acquire said case. Any ideas are welcome Cheers Chuck |

What about the new VIRTUE chassis?
We will offer the new Air 540 when it is launched. |

The Air 540 has pretty good reviews. Cases are such a personal decision its tough to make suggestions. I like the looks of Hafx and Hailstorm 2 over the cube look but that's just me.
If DS builds it, any case will perform. |

Pretty much!
Personally, if I ever get a Air 540 case, I'm modding it to look like a Borg Cube.

go with the Corsair 800d, it's the case the Hailstorm is built with however a little shorter and smaller than the Hailstorm II Corsair 900d case.Corsair 800d Edited by Nerek387 - 14 Jun 2013 at 7:36pm |

Virtue looks good, however I am not sure about the new K series CPU. Is this CPU the only option?
Like the 800d but I am some what limited to the dimensions of height 25" depth 22" width is not really an issue. Any thoughts on the In Win H and D open air cases? Chuck |
