I am looking to get RGB Cables for my Lynx Level 2 and want to know which ones will work with the power supply and not fry components

A pc cable is just a conduit to carry an electrical signal from one place to another inside your PC. They have certain different types of connectors at each end that can only plug into certain receptacles, and usually only one way. It would require you to force connectors where they don't want to go in order to fry anything.

I've not wanted to do this, so I can't give you advice from experience, but of course you'll want to be unplugged from the wall and grounded before you start replacing wires. There are plenty of sources on Google and You Tube to explore. Hope it helps.

Actually, you really need to be careful with modular PSU cables. It's commonly believed that PSU cables from different manufacturers are safe to use if the connectors fit. This is true most of the time, but not always. I fried some components because of this once.

ah do you know which format the Lynx PSU uses so I can make sure to get the right cable for the right headers?

I'm afraid I don't know which cables would be compatible with the the Lynx. I think you might need to contact DS support about this, just to be extra careful.
