A while ago we had a thread about this screen. I bought one from Dell and its really nice.
 
I need to buy another one for a separate upcoming purchase, and I am looking to see where this has gone off to on Dells website, I cant find the listing anywhere.

The Dell U2311 has been replaced by the U 2312.  I don't see the difference between the two but at $319 I'd wait for a sale.
 
The U2311 can be found at Amazon, thru Tiger for $270 plus $15 shipping, but not sure if the Dell 3year warranty applies.

The only difference I can see, and I haven't spend much time on it, is the new model is LED backlit, which might mean a little more energy and environmentally efficient.
 I have the U2311, like you, and love it and wouldn't hesitate getting the new U2312 in my opinion.Big%20Smile
 
LED tvs give a sharper picture, but the monitor? not sure.
