I finally have the money saved to be able to buy a Lynx desktop but they are currently out of stock, any ideas how long until they are back on sale?

Lynx "Best Seller" models will be back towards the end of March from what it looks like.

I just purchased a customized Lynx with a RTX 3080? Is the shortage on GPU’s still affecting Digital Storms wait time?

That's not the same thing as the "Best Seller" models they're talking about. You custom-built into a Lynx case.
