Looking to buy a new gaming rig

Hello folks,

I'm in the market for a new gaming computer. I've purchased once before from digital storm, and did not have the best experience outside of good customer service and communication. This time around, I am hoping for a much smoother purchase that will keep me satisfied for years of gaming. I will have a budget of anywhere between 2,000-3,000 dollars. I need a computer with a compact design, and I have my mind set on the Bolt.... The design of the bolt is very appealing to me, and the potential options I have for hardware are enticing (can pack allot of power into that tiny case!). With that in mind I do have some questions;

1) I noticed all the bolt options come with a 500W power supply... Is that enough power to run some of the better graphic card options (GTX 690, GTX Titan)?

2) Speaking of graphic card options... I am playing a mixture of older titles (FFXI, Everquest 2, World of Warcraft) and some newer releases (Rift, Skyrim, and going to play FFXIV and Elder Scrolls Online). I would like to run these on max settings with smooth FPS. In a brief browsing of configurations, I had my eye on the GTX 690 or GTX Titan. The 690 seems to be acouple hundred dollars cheaper, and seems every bit as beefy of a card. Which would you choose?

3) Finally, this time around, Id like a sizable SSD for the operating system, graphic design programs (adobe suite) and my main games... I was considering the 256GB option from Samsung for my harddrive 1... Any input on SSD's would be greatly appreciated!

Greetings and welcome back to DS @mosleyp4p hope we can help ya out here.my recommendation is usually to go with the single fastest card you can (bearing budget in mind) get as that greatly help with the longevity of your rig.some games have issue's with sli so I would rule out the 690 for that reason and the Titan was created with SFF pc's in mind what with it's low TDP and low heat temps.the Titan also has a larger 6GB vddr5 frame buffer which will help greatly if you should wish to push slightly larger screen size/DPI.
When it comes to SSDs I tend towards the Samsung units myself just for the fact that you get a couple of GB's more for the money(as they both are relatively close price wise). also,in all the comparisons I have seen (from both CPU and MaximumPC) their performances are almost identical (although the Corsair was rated slightly better) with the Corsair getting MaximumPC's 9 Kick Ass rating and the Samsung getting a solid 9.so very little difference and both are great quality but, Samsung has been at it longer than Corsair.
