1200x1000 right now i think. I mostly play cod4 but i know in future games i will need a better PC

you would need to have to add a second 260 , to do SLI you need two of the same card

they cost about 250-270$ or so depending on the brand you get

Yes your psu will allow you to go 2 x 260+, no you can't sli 9800 gt with the 260

You could always just run the 260+ for graphics and have the 9800gt run as a physx processor. 
Q9550 @ 3.4Ghz for now
