Question, would I lose my DS O/C settings if later I upgrade my memory to say Corsair or Gskillz 2000MHZ Ram? Here is my current build:

No - your over clock settings are stored within the Bios. Changing RAM should not change your OC settings. There are numerous other threads asking the same question. Do a quick search on the forum and you find plenty of information.
