I cleaned the dust of my fans didn't touch anything else. When I went to go back to playing destiny 2 I had low frames(10-30). Do you know what to do to get my frames back up to ~210.

Dusting case fans would not cause an unrelated drop in video output quality.

What DS computer do you have?   Do you have a dedicated Graphics Card, and is your monitor connected to the output ports on the back of that Graphics Card?    When we see posts like yours, it often is due to folks mistakenly plugging the monitor cable into the motherboard video ports...instead of using their Video Card output ports.
