Low price for AMD HD 6990

I am suprised that DS offers AMD HD 6990 only $379. The price for this card on Newegg and compusa websites is listed as $734 (MSI and XFXforce brand). I am not sure what is the brand for DS 6990 card. Why it is so cheap? what about quality? if it is not a branded, should i ask leave graphic card blank and getting one from newegg? I am trying to order a system with this card, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

You are mistaken, the 6990 is listed as +$379 more than the Nvidia GTX 570, which is the default GPU selection for some builds.

As the 570 is listed at $395 from DS, that puts the 6990 at $774 from DS.
