Welcome to the forum sonosumi!

What kind of games do you hope to play, and on what monitor?
Your budget might be a tad low to run the most demanding games at high frames on a big high res 2K/1440P or 4K monitor, but on a 1080P monitor that's a bit easier.

If you are not sure about that, it's OK... I can work up a couple of build options to get you started. Both configurations will use the excellent Intel I7-9700K processor Overclocked, cooled by Corsair All In One no maintenence CPU coolers. Both builds will use the excellent Asus Z390-H ROG Strix motherboard, fast Samsung 500 GB 970 Pro M.2 NVME SSD Drive 1, and a DS 3 TB SATA III hard drive for lots of storage on Drive2. Both builds use the same Corsair 850W power supply, and the excellent Corsair LL Series RGB fan upgrade that works so well and provides endless color combinations in the tempered glass Lumos case.   Both builds use all high quality name branded components

First build would be close to your stated budget, and uses the excellent mid-range NVidia RTX 2070 Super video card that will play very well on high game settings at 1080P resolutions...and also 2K/1440P resolution monitors at medium game settings.

Lumos Build1...Config # 2629404 $2,770 less DS Sale $200 OFF = $2,570 and Free Shipping

Intel I7-9700K 8-Core/8-Thread CPU Overclocked (Free) Stage 1
Asus Z390- H ROG Strix ATX motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 16 GB RGB RAM
Samsung 970 Evo Pro M.2 NVME SSD 500 GB Boot Drive1
(Seagate / Toshiba / Hitachi) 3 TB SATA III HDD Storage Drive2
Corsair H100i Pro 240 mm AIO No Maintenence Stage 2 CPU Cooler
NVidia RTX 2070 Super 8 GB VRAM Video Card
Corsair 850 watt Gold Efficiency Power Supply
Corsair LL Series RGB Fan Upgrade
(Free) DS RGB Internal Case Lighting w/ Remote Control

Second build uses a stronger NVidia RTX 2080 Super video card that could play on a 2K/1440P at High game settings, or medium to high game settings on a 4K resolution monitor. It steps up to a full Stage 2 Overclock on the CPU and a bigger 280 mm Corsair AIO cooler to keep it nice and cool. Stronger CPU & GPU performance, and because it goes up just over $3k it qualifies for $300 off to stay within close reach of your top budget.

Lumos Build2...Config #2629395 $3,192 less DS Sale $300 OFF = $2,892 and Free Shipping

Intel I7-9700K 8-Core/8-Thread CPU Overclocked (+$99) Stage 2
Asus Z390- H ROG Strix ATX motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 16 GB RGB RAM
Samsung 970 Evo Pro M.2 NVME SSD 500 GB Boot Drive1
(Seagate / Toshiba / Hitachi) 3 TB SATA III HDD Storage Drive2
Corsair H115i Pro 280 mm AIO No Maintenence Stage 2 CPU Cooler
NVidia RTX 2080 Super 8 GB VRAM Video Card
Corsair 850 watt Gold Efficiency Power Supply
Corsair LL Series RGB Fan Upgrade
(Free) DS RGB Internal Case Lighting w/ Remote Control

See what you think!

If you require WiFi, you can upgrade motherboard (+$52) to the MSI Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon AC ATX motherboard with built in WiFi.

Wow, didn’t expect this type of response. I think I might just go with the second configuration you put down. Thank you ! I also plan on playing on 1440p monitor
