Hi everyone,

new to the DS community - Placed a custom order on 6/30 and it has been in stage 1 ever since. Tried reaching out over email and had no response, was wondering if we're still on track? Here's my specs.

I would just give DS a call and ask for a status check. Probably be quicker than going through the Email route.

you've got the 10900 on your build which may cause delay for your order, but it sounds like your processor was allocated, from what has been said on the forums if you ordered before the 10850 was added to the configurator. I don't want to be unfair with new comers expectations because I ordered 5/20 and a lot has changed since then having to do with covid. but I was in stage 1 for 40 days. my system only just shipped on monday. in any case, I would recommend getting comfortable with waiting. it seems that 2 things yield information best, either calling directly to their shop, or complaining on these forums. In my experience, they do respond to email, but not 100 percent of the time, and they will not update you on their own unless its an enormously extenuating circumstance.

Your order will stage in Stage 1 for a bit longer, atleast a week and then you should see rapid movements across the other stages. Stage 1 is the longest wait period.
