Lumos Fan RGB LED not working

I recently received the Lumos desktop and had plugged it in when I found that the fan LED weren't activated. The fans ran and the strip of LEDs that are along the pane are on, but the fan LEDs aren't.

Remove the right side panel and locate the Corsair 6 port RGB fan controller. This powers the RGB I believe.   There is also a SATA power connector that connects to the RGB controller to power the lights. Check all the connections, especially the SATA power.

I think there’s also a 3 button lighting control box that the fan controller connects to.   Check the wiring.
