Lumos SSD / HHD Configs

Hi Team,

I have decided on the Lumos, but have a question about the SSD/HHD configs...I got an M.2 and HDD so there will be 2 SSDs cages and 1 HDD cage empty...does DS prewire these so I can "plug and play" my old SSD/HDDs, or will they only wire the cages for disks that I bought at the time of construction?


Because of the All Glass look of the Lumos, I want to be sure the cabling is clean. Do I need to tell DS to wire all of these, or will they just do it?

My Lumos case came with the SATA and psu plugs routed to the empty cage locations, ready to plug in.   At least the HDDs, not sure about the SSD.

Doesn’t hurt to mention it in special instructions on configuration.

I added two drives and had to liberate the wiring from bundles. Mine came with only two SATA cables although I had 4 drive cages, but that was all I needed because I didn't get an HDD.

Mine came prewired. Added SSD and HDD and all worked when installed. I guess it depends on the rush.
