Lumos: what is the USB port layout please?

I have a Lumos on order and I am trying to figure out how to organise all my gaming peripherals. Can anyone tell me how many USB ports there are on the back of the case and on the front? Many thanks.

The Lumos has 2x USB ports on the front.   The ports on the back depends what motherboard you select.   Select More Info under the mobo and it’s fearures are listed.

USB 3.1:
4 x USB 3.1 Gen2 (SuperSpeed USB 10Gbps) ports (1 Type-C and 3 Type-A)

USB 1.1/2.0
2 x USB 2.0 (High-speed USB) ports (Type-A)

Well these will do! I will still use a powered USB 3.0 hub for gaming devices because I have found one that has on/off switches for every port, which will be a much better way of dealing with the inevitable conflicts when games can't identify different inputs properly than trying to disconnect devices via trial-and-error in the Windows interface. Do you see any harm in placing a powered hub on top of the case?

Powered unit on top of the Lumos should be fine.   It has a glass top so I would make sure it has rubber feet, but the edges are open for ventilation.
