After posting this, i Called and Took my hard drive 2 DOwn to a 74GB Raptor and upgraded my case to the Pro Series...What kind of overclocking can i expect with the Thermoelectric Liquid Coolant from an AMD 2.8GHZ and how does the rest of my build look?

You should go with the Intel Q6600 or QX6700 if you want to overclock.

Call and see what we can do for you. Regarding overclocks, AMD processors cannot be pushed as high as Intel's. That doesn't mean it wont be a bad machine at all.
