Hey! So for Christmas I got the Lynx level 1 and it worked fine, till a couple days ago. The color cycle is stuck on this very slow mode (it will legit stay on just one color for 7 seconds then change colors) the speed and brightness buttons don't do anything. I don't know if I have it stuck or locked on this but please help! I've tried everything. If I don't get an answer from here I'll have to replace them and I fear I'll mess something up. Thanks!

Looks like either the batteries are bad or the remote. I would just email or call their customer support honestly!
