Hey all,

Just grabbed a Level 4 RTS Lynx and curious about how accurate the 3-5 day shipping lead time is and if anyone else has received one and would like to share their experience or pictures.  Also curious on what model 3080 it will have.

RTS means they have them prebuilt and tested. They are on a shelf somewhere ready to ship out. They just need to finalize the money aspect and then ship it out.

As to the brand of 3080, it is what they have at the time, any of them will be great.

That's a great buy, you can't touch that at custom prices here. The only comment I have is that your Primary drive is a SATA SSD, and I'd recommend a PCIe Gen3 NVMe SSD when you're ready to upgrade. NVMe drives are much faster, but out of the box this rig will run just fine!

Hey guys! Everything arrived safe and sound and even a day earlier than Fedex originally estimated. DS definitely hit the ship in 3-5 days. It does have an FE 3080 which I am happy about because I think they are beautiful. One thing I haven't figured out yet is how to control the rear exhaust fan and the bottom front intake fan (below the radiator). I have software control over pump speed and the 2 fans on the radiator through Argus Monitor but nothing seems to change the speed of rear exhaust and front intake. Is it BIOS control only on those? I will see if I can get some pictures added here, bear with me

That makes it complete and an even better value! The descriptor for the build says it will be a WD Blue SATA III drive. IDK what happened with yours, but I wish we could rely on it being NVMe. Officially, it's not supposed to be one.

AwesomeThank you for the images. Looks great!

DS has been know to upgrade some parts on any system if they don't have what is advertised under the theory that, "who would complain?"

Only concern so far is the temperature of the nvme drive.   Idling in the 50c's and when gpu is under load it reaches low 70's. Lexar officially lists operating temp range as 0-70c but aida64 shows
warning composite temperature threshold - 81c
critical composite temperature threshold - 90c

They do run hot. I have a 970 Pro and it is constant at 50C. I depends where it is placed in the mobo and how its heat is dissipated.

It is getting warmer when the gpu is under load probably because it is right on top of it. The gpu gets hot and passes that heat to the NVMe. Not because of its internal functions. I would add a fan on top blowing down into the case if there is space. It would blow ambient (cool) air into the case. Right now the air getting to the case is warm from the AIO.
Enjoy.
