Does anyone have experience installing Snow Leopard on a I7/Nvidia system? I am working on it now I just wanted to see if there were some road bumps I could avoid.

You can find special hardware devices that emulate the BIOS that you would need in order to install MAC OS on a Windows PC.

As far as I know, it is illegal to install Mac OS on anything other than an Apple computer.  That said, lots of people still do it.  I'm not encouraging it, but it can be done.  A Google search should help if you decide against VMWare.
