lol...youll probably be changing your config a lot if you got a few months wait, I had to wait a few months myself, i probably went though 100+ configs..my original config on this site was around 1400 bucks...my final config and purchuse was at 2700ish. Kinda blew my budget....

Welcome too the group, or should I say da family? I started around 2500 And ended up at just over 4k. But that was what I was expecting too do. Its not just the computer, I got the whole pakage. 22" monitor, 5.1 speakers, gaming keyboard and gaming mouse.  Hell the processor alone is 1k. I only fiddled for about 2 weeks before I hit purchase, With a few months you can do all kinds of upgrades and configs. You can see my purchase on the post called  "The check is in the........"

We all took the plunge at one point or another, why we are all here.

You just hold your breath and click the submit button after entering your credit card...

That click is like a roller coaster... It felt like my stomach was going to fall off the empire state building when I clicked, I mean my 3 grand was the most I ever put on a charge card in my life for a single purchase... it was a thrilling and rather scary experience, but now playing my games it is all cool :)
