so couple questions.
1. while i know i only got the 1 year warranty for parts do i still get the manufacture warranty? I dont have any broken parts i just wana cure my anxiety 2. if i do how would i go about useing it if i ever need it (example my 2070 super EVGA has a 3 year warranty though EVGA) |

Yes, the manufacturer's warranty holds. You get in touch with whoever made the part. Your DS order sheet is your receipt.

For the "Verified Customer" badge you'll need to make sure that the email you used to create your forum account (PatrickTheGamer) matches exactly with the email you used to order the Digital Storm computer. If they don't match and you need Digital Storm to change something on their end, feel free to contact them and ask. They've made this change for many customers so they can get the badge. As for the manufacturer's warranty on your parts, that's pretty easy normally. You just send the manufacturer a copy of your final DS invoice that includes the listed part. Sometimes if it's a big invoice I'll place a little box around the part in question to make it easier for a human to spot if needed, but that's usually not even necessary (unless explicitly asked for). Anymore uploading receipts for warranty purposes is pretty easy, it's usually just a pdf copy of the receipt you already have from DS. Each manufacturer will of course have their own process, but it's never anything too complicated. Troubleshooting any potential future problem you might have will definitely take more time than uploading the receipt. Also remember that you have tech support from DS for the life of the machine, even after the hardware and labor warranty has expired. |

my email does match so im super confused on that..... and when you say my order thingy are you talking the order receipt? i have that but what numbers would i provide on it? would i need the Config ID or sometin what would i show the manufacture? |
