I've decided on one of these two systems, but I don't know which one i should pick.
I'm leaning toward the bolt lvl 3 because of its better graphics card (navidia 660 ti)
And that it has more room for upgrades. But on reason I like the bolt is because I can put in a nice graphics card before I buy. What would you pick? And what one is the better buy? Thank you for the help.

I'd recommend going with the Marauder level 3.
It's $1300 so right on budget, the i5 3570k and 660ti will give awesome gaming. The Marauder's case is also much roomier which makes upgrading easier in the future.

If you like the small form factor of the Bolt, a level 2 Bolt configured with the 660ti is a little over budget, but not too much.
