A single 750w PSU is plenty for a single 480. If you wanted support for dual SLI 480s in the future you'd need a 1200w or 1250w.

I'd drop the Assassin case, much too overpriced. A HAF 932 has better air flow and is a faction of the price.

The Asetek Liquid CPU cooler is just LC for the sake of saying it is LC. It isn't exactly known for its construction quality or reliability either. Its cooling pales terribly compared to real LCing, even good air coolers such as either of the Noctua models offered by DS will outperform it, especially the larger Noctua NH-D14. Select one of the Noctua coolers instead.

That 1TB 64MB cache WD Caviar Black only has about 5% more performance than a more generic 1TB 32MB cache HDD (Seagate/Hitachi). The $41 difference between the two can be put to much better use elsewhere, more SSD space or pocket it for future GPU upgrades perhaps.

And lastly, the only thing Windows 7 Professional offers you that Home Premium doesn't is access to download and install XP Mode virtualization. If you don't need XP Mode drop down to Home Premium.

Those are the only changes I would make.
