Missing AM4 Mounting plate

I trying to install an aio into my pc. I do t have the required am4 mounting plate that should be included with the motherboard. Was this so posed to be included with my computer or do I have to buy a new one? This is really frustrating

You're not showing as a "Certified Customer" but if you got the computer here, they will send you a backplate. Call 'em, or e-mail

The various mounting plates for the different chips come with the cooler not the mobo. Good luck.
