Mobo temp high?

just got my rig, was wondering if 42c is high idle for the evga 3x sli mobo, under load it runs about 50-54c, vreg is around 60, are these temps okay?

idle temps don't matter unless they are around 60s or higher, you always only care about temps under load, under load your temps are fine unless you are over 85c, otherwise the lower from 80c the better your temps are.
