Went to look at contact information and page now says Monday-Sunday 9am-5pm, has it always been like that or is this temporary due to the big backup going on? If so good on you DS for trying to make the customers happy.

  Oops@Cretae and dababbas: too early to notice the Sat/Sun reference, sorry. If I remember correctly, they started opening on Sat/Sun about a year ago because of serious backlogs (deja vu?) while in the old facility. Someone younger will hopefully set me straight. Big%20Smile

Fair enough. What is funny though is during the week of CES and before I remember it saying Monday-Friday. They must have realized how backed up there are and how much there customers are getting pissed off for lying about shipping times the past couple of months.

@Dababbas hahaha you are probably 100% right there, myself included. The whole reason I went with them was their reputation, quality, non obstructive branding and cable management.... I despise doing cable management it triggers my OCD something fierce.

Exactly! same reason with me. I can't tell you how good my build is cuz well it won't be here for another month at least, but heard they were great at everything. After purchasing a PC I realized it was the opposite. I am sure the build will be great quality but everything else has been crap since I have purchase unfortunately. :/

Yeah I am currently being quoted for 26 days past my entrance into stage 1. We will see as the PROMISED me for the 2nd time a date. This time the 28th, it is going onto the 21st now so not looking very good for them meeting yet another PROMISED deadline. I say promised because they used the word GUARANTEED on two separate RECORDED calls which to me means something different than it does to them I guess.

yes sir! I am being quoted 20-25 days once they start building. I ordered January 4th and am still on stage 1 so go figure. they told me possibly 3rd week in February, but like I said a bunch of times, when I bought the system it was 10-15 days.

Ouch that is brutal, I feel your pain though, just checked my sent inbox I have emailed both Alex and Management a week ago and still no reply too. The forum community is wonderful though keeping me mostly sane.

So big news, Alex answered back to my long detailed email. Said the 20-25 days isn’t affecting my order since I placed my order when it said 10-15 days. They said the order is on track to ship this Friday. He said he will work with production manager to get it shipped this Friday. I want to believe Alex but the order has been in stage 1 since January 10th and stilll is. I don’t want to get my hopes up to much though but pray for me lol

OMG same here virtually same email but definitely personalized cause I told Alex about my CSR horror story.
So glad to know Alex is real and didn't die or get replaced by a robot lol. It definitely gives faith knowing it is being looked into and not just a canned response.

Well what’s funny is I just got an email about it went to stage 2. Did you get an update email as well? And yes he actually read my email cuz he addressed every problem I concerned in numerical order.

Trust me, we've been working off our butts for a very long time and take the production backlog very seriously. There have been tremendous strides in production in the past few weeks and we're constantly going to keep on improving. We just moved into a new larger facility in November and we're opening a second facility next year.
