Waiting for my system to arrive and have a question; I have 2 monitors 1. 1440 and 1. 1080 I’m wanting to know what connections to use

Your video card supports 3 display port 1.4 connections and 1 HDMI 2.0b. Display port is preferred at 1440p especially if you have G-sync. It transmits a higher bandwidth than HDMI, and is capable of higher refresh rates if you monitor supports this. HDMI is the choice for speaker-equipped monitors as it carries audio as well as video. However, a display port cable will carry audio with an HDMI adaptor.

Generally speaking, if your monitors are not ancient specimens, you should be fine using the cabling that came with them.
