Hello, I received my pc yesterday and when I turned it on it turns on fine, but whenever I plug in my hdmi I get no signal. I am sure it is plugged into the gpu. I have tried reseating the ram and the gpu. I also took out the motherboards battery. I even tried to hook up my hdmi to my tv. So I personally think that it is something about the motherboard but I don’t know. I am pretty new to the internals of a desktop so please go easy on me. But aside from the monitor not receiving signal my USB ports seem to get no power. I have a razer ornata chroma and a razer mamba elite. Both don’t light up or turn on when I turn on my pc. So if anyone knows a potential fix please let me know! Thanks.

Maybe try a different HDMI port on your graphics card?

Are you able to use a Display Port connection, instead of HDMI?

There is only one hdmi port available on my card. The rest are for dvi’s I’m pretty sure. Anyways my card is a Rtx 2070 super 8gb. Also I don’t think I have one of those cables.

I have a 2070 Super and am using the Display Port connection.
You should have 1 HDMI, 1 DVI, and 2 Display Port connections, and 1 USB Type-C.

Yes I think I have the same stuff. I might’ve been a little tired because I was in bed and messed something up. I do have 1 hdmi port 1 dvi and 2 display port connections.
