   Hi,

First off, apologies if this is the wrong section to post it, but it seemed the closest to what I'm after.

I've just received my first system from Digital Storm and collected it from FedEx.  Having got it in the house and unpacked it I'm a little troubled to find that the monitor I ordered isn't there.

I've fired off a note to customer services, but I imagine they won't get back to me till sometime on Monday.  In the meantime, could anyone who's ordered from Digital Storm in the past tell me whether the screen usually comes in the main package or in a separate shipment?  It would do a lot to allay my concerns if it is usually in a separate shipment and I just don't have the tracking number for it!

	The screen is usually a separate shipment. I do see that we shipped it, but, I am unable to locate the tracking number at this time. The best solution is for our team to look at it on Monday as we're closed now. I'm going to move this thread to "General Discussion."
