Looking to replace my level 2 vanquish 7 pc's motherboard (b35m gaming pro) with something better. Want to switch so I can get an I7 with atleast a 1070 which I currently cant get anything higher than a 1060. Any Suggestions as to what motherboard I could get?

You could start with the Asus Prime X570-P or MSI X570-A Pro starter boards DS offers here. They're not expensive, but they can hold up for years and get the job done. Also accommodate all the modern gear including M.2 NVMe SSDs. I've looked into them, and tho I like to recommend the Asus Tuf for just a little more value, they're fine.
