Budget: I want to stay under $2500. I'm most likely going to purchase the Dell UltraSharp U2312HM 23" Monitor, so 1920/1080 res.
Expectations & Usage: I'll primarily use it for SWTOR and eventually Guild Wars 2 for now, however, I wanted to provide options for upgrades later: specifically sli options. Otherwise, I'll use it for general work/internet. I've been looking at a lot of the recently posted builds and I think I have a good idea, but, I wanted a little extra advice before I clicked that purchase button. Thanks for any assistance! Ask DS specifically for this fan to be added to the top, so you endup with 4 x 200mm fans:
haf 200mm non led fan Ask for vcore lower then 1.4 for your oc. bump your oc to stage 2, rest looks great. |

Hi DC,
A nice build. You are setup to go SLI when you want to. Two changes I would make. 1. Go with the ASUS P8P67 Deluxe MoBo. This gives you more PCI slots for expansion. +$15 2. Go to stage 2 OC. You have a great case and air cooler you should take advantage of them. +$20 giving you a grand total of $2409. Still under your budget even with shipping. You will want to add a second 200mm fan to the top of the case. That will be $30 installed. Edit: I see DST4ME posted while I was typing. Frank Edited by FrankW - 05 Jan 2012 at 5:36pm |
