Moving Windows to new SSDs.

   I just purchased two new 600 GB Intel 320 SSDs to replace my boot drive (a 2TB Western Digital HDD). First off, I don't have any experience configuring RAID, and would like to know how to set up the SSDs in a RAID 0 configuration. Is this done through the BIOS? Second, I would like to know how to transfer my Windows 7 installation (and everything else on the boot volume) to the new drives. The total used space on the volume is 719 GB, so it should fit if the SSDs are in RAID 0. I found a thread that explained this months ago, but the search function on this forum is terrible and I can't find it again.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
