I use a 1:1 profile on my machine(well almost). Its 40% fan up to like 43C then goes up 1:1 so at 50C its 50% and so on. Youll notice though once the fans get above 65-70% they become much louder. So from 65C-70C i keep my fans at 65%. Keeps the cards much cooler than stock.

yea after 60 mines 1:1 though it gets pretty loud gaming idc because i don't want to hurt my ram bc its not spec'd to run this fast and i have a headset on. for the 6950 50% is loud as hell 100% is a airplane taking off.

use afterburner to go oc the gpu, go up slow, 10hz at a time above 750 and after each 10hz run kombuster, if it passes the test up it more, if not don't go higher, you may need voltage adjust, and that might mess things up, you need to be careful with that, if you get to that then let us know.

make sure you are using version 2.1.0

I use OCCT, tells me some errors soon as they popup in them. Go up 10mhz at a time, yep, and adjust your voltage as necessary. Be aware of the safe voltage posted by others for the 570 though, higher voltages can diminish life and in extreme cases (has happened) the VRM regulators simply blew up. I keep mine at 1.034....I think under 1.1v is the agreed safe limit for now on the 570s. I'm interested in knowing where you get though, I can't seem to break 810mhz on my 570 while I see others breaking 890 easily...

If you have an EVGA card, I don't know whether this is just me, but I'm forced to resort to E-LEET to adjust my voltages. Whether just an EVGA thing or not i dunno, Afterburner won't let me adjust voltages no matter what I do to the voltage options in its Settings.
