msvcp71 missing cannot install alcohol 120%

When I try to install Alcohol 120% it says that msvcp71.dll is missing. I downloaded the dll files. but where do I put them so that Alcohol 120% recognizes it?I tried putting them in system, but that would not work. I tried system 32 and systemwow, but that didn't work either.

was is it a 64bit folder thing or something or run as xp or something else?
