I want to run four monitors for my stock trading platform. I looked up on the NVidia site that the below application will work.

http://www.slizone.com/object/sli_multi_monitor.html

Can I add a 3rd graphics card in my 2-way SLI enabled PC to connect more monitors?
Yes, you can add an additional graphics card to your PC to connect two additional monitors. The additional graphics card must have a GPU that is different from your SLI GPUs and must be NVIDIA PhysX capable (GeForce 8 series and higher with at least 256MB of memory). For example, two GeForce GTX 2XX GPUs in SLI and a GeForce 9XXX GT is a supported configuration.

2-way or quad SLI + 3 GPU diagram on post is how it would be connected.

I currently am running an EVGA X58 SLI motherboard with X2 EVGA 260 GTX graphics cards in SLI. I have the Windows Vista 64 bit operating software. I plan to buy an additional EVGA 9800 GTX graphics card and install it as indicated above.

How would I go about installing this type of configuration? I can’t seem to find intel on how to make this happen. Thx for the assist.

your 2 x 260 are in sli and you connect monitor 1 to that.

then you install the 9800 and run it independently, which has 2 dvi out put and s-video output, so you can have connect 3 monitors to that.
