Multiple Cathodes?!

   Anyone familiar with managing 2 different color cathodes? 

What i mean is.. having 2 different color cathodes in the case (blue/red  blue/green etc.), but only having one color turned on at a single time. 

So would you have to install a switch/button with your case to turn each color on/off? 

Hope this makes sense.
