close no cigar.

first let me say that for that setup you gonna want tri sli which this platform can't do. the new platform x79 coming in nov is the one that can.

now assuming all you need is dual sli then your config needs to change to this:

Warranty: Life-time Expert Customer Care with 3 Year Limited Warranty

everything has been changed for better reliability or higher performance, the psu is changed cause the hx has a proven record for reliability and performance and has a 7 year warranty.

you may thing the 510 is faster but its not and the 320 has a 5 year warranty, if you want faster ssd go with c300 or m4.

for gaming on 3 monitors and that high res you want more vram for the gpus.

fan upgrade will not change all fans and will replace your 200mm fans with smaller louder 120mm fans, and at the end you will endup with blue and red color in your case.

my recommendations were based on assumption that this pc is for gaming and that will be done on all 3 monitors.

oh I changed your ram from 16GB to 8GB cause that is all lyou need for gaming, but if you know you need the 16 for something else then put it back on my config.

Thanks!  I will stick with the 16 GB because I have some application (non-gaming) that would benefit.  I just thought the red color on the case was cosmetic so thanks for pointing that out.

What if I go with the 580's?  Or is the onboard vram increase on the 570's a best choice?

This build is close and I may pull the trigger by this weekend.  Thanks for all your advice DST4ME.
Thanks,
Ron Haines

Most people don't know this but the difference between sli 580 and 570 is very close, so the 580 is not really worth it, the 570 2.5GB is definitely the way to go.

I thought you may have other use for it but we get a lot of people that don't know any better and chose 16GB for gaming, so I always try and double check.

keep in mind what I told you about x79.

My pleasure

Hi Skeeter444,

You should also order the free DS T shirt. That is going to be a sweet machine.
