There are some excellent folks who will give you a comprehensive overview.
Just a quick comment, your processor is overclocked already at 5GHz from Intel, so you would be more interested in the stage two boost. I assume they would make all the cores stable 5.1 GHz.

A couple suggested changes.....

1). Drive1...An important change....
You should be using a 5X faster Samsung Evo Pro 500 GB M.2
NVME SSD (+$66) or speedier Samsung Evo Plus 500 GB M.2
NVME SSD. (+$124).   The stock DS SSD is a normal SATA III
Drive.   M.2 NVME SSD use the faster PCIE video bus on your mobo,
and you have two M.2 ports so one will be unused for an easy
      future fast storage upgrade.

2). Suggest you upgrade to one of the Corsair CPU coolers for higher
quality cooling and longer Corsair factory warranties.   DS brand
components only carry the 1 yr system warranty.   Both Corsair
240 mm and 280 mm coolers would better support a stronger Stage
2 Overclock of the new I9-9900KS CPU.

3). The DS stock budget case fans will be plain black, carry only the 1
yr warranty, and are not lighted.    The more efficient and quiet
Corsair LL Series case fan upgrade (+$199) includes aLighting
Node Pro control module that allows for RGB lighting control and
synchronization with all Corsair RGB lighted components like your
Vengeance RGB RAM....including external Corsair RGB keyboards
and mice.   The Corsair LL fans also carry a longer 2 yr Corsair
     warranty.

4). We do not recommend Overclocking air cooled video cards. Very little
performance gain for your GPU compared with more heat and risk.   We
encourage OC’ing on GPU only when liquid cooled.

See what you think....
