You can get RAM fairly cheap for one... and the GPU can be upgraded rather extensively.

You need to be careful with what GPU upgrade you go with, you only have a 500 Watt Power Supply. That will limit what you can put in.

See if this helps you choose. Plug in your present specs,and see what you can substitute in. IIRC, it tells you if you are pushing it too much.
