Ok so i got my rig like 6 months ago . and just got into burning some CD's and everytime the cd either doesnt work, or some songs work and some  sound like there are playin through a fan ( sketchy ) if anyone has any idea why or how to fix this. thank you!. i tried every burn speed  ( the one that works the best but still sucks is 8x , i have tried different CD's and still the same..  any ideas would be appreciated, i tried emailing DS but no one replied to me so im coming to the people lol.. thanks again for any help

slower the better, try not to do other stuff while burning.

what burning software are you using?

maybe your burner is going bad?
 
try not to multitask when burning. if your burning at the lowest speed and still have the same issue, it's probably the burner what's wrecked.

Yeah thats what im thinkin. and i dont have anything else runnin while burning so i know its not that.... i just got this like 6 months ago and only used the CD burner 7 times tryin to figure out why it wasnt burning right...... will DS send me a new one if i call them and tell them the problem? i tried emailing but no response

if the drive is bad of course they will send you a new one, you got 3 year warranty on parts.

well I don't know either, what format are you burning the music in? what player are you using to listen to them?

does the cd sound the same way on other pcs?

ive tried listenin to them on my car stereo, house stereo, computer... they all sound the same. i think ill just have DS send me a new one and ill send them the old one and if it still happens then ill go from there...
