Yes your power supply will be able to handle all that.

Your system will be able to handle many of the games out today on the highest quality.

$7000 for a PC !! Wish my wife would let me spend that much Cry
You need to get rid of the Modem and get a high speed connection. Gaming on dial-up is much too slow. If you can afford a $7000 PC, you should be getting a high speed connection to fully utilize it.
The BigFoot Killer card is overkill. It will improve your lag time just a tiny little bit but not enough to justify the price.
For a gaming system, a soundcard is a must, don't use the built-in, go with the X-Fi card.
I would also go with Vista Premium instead of WinXP since you're going to upgrade to Vista anyway. Gaming is getting better on Vista and it also allow you to play DX10 games-- You'll stuck with DX9 games on XP.

Get rid of McAfee protection. There are better Internnet security suite out there like ZoneAlarm and there are also plenty of FREE utilities that work fine. Here are a few :

*Antivirus: Avira Antivir PE (preferred) or AVG or Avast
  *Antispyware: A-Squared Free, SpywareBlaster, SuperAntispyware,Spybot,.....
  *Firewall: ZoneAlarm or Comodo

If your going to go 4GB of ram, you will probably want Windows vista premium 64bit.   Also you can call Digital Storm and request you have both XP and Vista, which you can go back and forth.  I myself don't have the Ultras, I have the 8800GTX but everybodies likes are different.  I also just renewed my computer with one 150GB raptor,  the second one is a 300GB raptor in raid 0, and my final HDD is just a 320GB 7200rpm.  The reason why I have so many is because for one, there is more room, 2 if something goes out my computer isn't totally screwed, and 3 hmmm I dunno.  You should add mabey a 320GB HDD or a 500GB HDD or just another 150GB or 74GB raptor just for your windows.  ack, I dunno I am pretty sleepy right now.  someone else can chime in hehe.

The reason why I didn't go with the Ultras is because it's just to much money for that little extra boost you get compared to a 8800GTX.  if you get the 8800GTX you can then upgrade more things on your computer that can improve your performance more.
Processor: QX6850 (3.3Ghz)
RAM: 4GB 1066 Dominators
Graphics: 2x 8800GTX 768MB
Sound Card: Fatal1ty
HDD 1: 2x 150GB raptor (RAID 0)
HDD 2: 1x 150GB raptor
HDD 3: 320GB western

I couldn't disagree more with what commast said about vista being better for gaming. Vista has a few games that utilize dx10 but in everything else performance is better in XP. Its VERY easy to run a dual boot set-up provided you have XP installed first to get the best of both worlds.

Seems to me there is uneeded stuff in your setup and that you skipped others.

modem and network card are useless.
No sound card?
Might want to add another HDD but that can be added anytime.

Adding the ultras isnt that much more than the GTX... at least in perspective when you are spending so much.

No, physics card is not important since very little games utilize it.

The Ageia PhysX card is just an add-in card that's suppose to handle physics- related tasks in games. There are very very few games that support PhysX and they're not impressive at all. The list of games that supported the 3dfx Voodoo was a lot bigger and looks what happened to 3dfx --- I still has 2 Voodoo cards collecting dust in the basement.  The Ageia card is simply a waste of money.

Case: great

PSU: IMO, the TT Toughpower 1200W is a better value all around if you think you'll push 1000W. It's the better performer of the two and it's cheaper.

Proc: sweet

MoBo: perfect

Memory: 1066 DDR2 for a faster OC than 800 can provide.

HDD's: 2*74GB Raptor RAID 0 will give you about 150GB of room to play with for your OS and Games. You could run the TB of storage, but do you need a TB of storage? If yes, great. If not, 2*250GB in RAID 0, is 500GB of storage space... that's ALOT of files. In fact, if you had the room to spare in your budget and had anything you really care about that you intend to store on that second disk, I would probably opt for a RAID 1 config before going to a TB. RAID 1 still performs better than a single HDD (only a little bit), and with mirrored drives, if one goes down, you don't lose all your data.

Sound Card: You will get much the same performance from the X-Fi. The X-RAM on the more expensive card is a bit like that Ageia physics card... it needs to be supported by the program running in order to be useful. The Fatal1ty does have a remote though, if that's something you want for your PC sound.

OS: Suggest Dual Boot, XP Pro, and Vista Premium 64 Bit. If you plan on playing Crysis you will see between a 50 % and 60% boost in performance with a Quad running a 64 bit version of Vista according to Crytek. For everything you're running on DX9, use the XP.

Protection: McAfee is a program I would not buy again. It's ok.  I had it for only one year, and only kept it that long because I hated the idea of paying for a service I wasn't going to use.  It works, but there are better options available. Avast comes to mind, but there are plenty of others out there as well. I personally use Zone Alarm Security Suite, and have been very happy with it.

Just an opinion but I would go with the X-Fi card. It sounds like a framerate boost is important to you so why go middle of the road with the soundcard. Maybe I am just trying to justify my purchase! Good luck, can't wait to hear how yours performs.
