TV's have low resolution. so it won't take a lot of GPU power

if your tv's res is lower then 1900 x 1200, then go with a 5850 instead of the 5870.

well lets see what his res is, if its a true HD then it should be 1900 x 1080, its not then it will be lower.

well the tv has a 3000000:1 contrast ratio where as the 30 dell lcd montior i looked at had a high max res but only has a 3000:1 conrast ratio and plus the led TV has amazing picture
