I am very satisfied with the systems I have purchased through digital storm.

I am a novice content creator for YouTube an I was looking for a decent workstation PC for video editing, i was on the fence about Digital storm but I reluctantly pulled the trigger and never looked back.

I ordered a Velox X system with a OC'd 10-900k and a 3080 in it.

it was literally the best PC I ever bought, I loved it so much i ended up throwing more drives into it and upgrading some components, I went from 32 to 64gb of ram and added 2 more SSD drives.

I then ordered a Lumos System with a Ryzen 7 3700x an a FE 3090, and a platinum power supply. my intention with this one was to swap the GPU and power supply to the main rig and gift the second system to a family member. I swapped the PSU and GPUs from both systems and ended up using the second system as a backup workstation/ Media Player for our media room.

I again am very satisfied with both my systems and very satisfied with the customer service experience


I am Planning on going back to school and am in the market now for a Laptop now, am definitely considering the Avon if its build quality is on par with its desktops.

This is awesome to hear! I love my Lumos which I received on June 3rd. They really build great pcs at DS!

The laptops on offer here are not designed or built by DS. My understanding is they are built by Sager. DS makes available some minor upgrades/alterations. From what little I know about Sager, they are a solid choice. There is nothing at all wrong with buying them here, but IMHO, you should feel free to shop around so that you are able to find exactly what meets your needs.

Again, just my opinion, but there's no compelling need to stick with DS if you have to end up making some accommodations so you can stick with the brand. Sager, for example, regularly advertises in a couple of places I'm well acquainted with, and they have a fairly wide variety of laptops from $1000 to over $3000, offering 8 models in all. High-end laptops are also available from the usual suspects who make components. The two Avons may not offer enough choice to hit your sweet spot.

We actually get them made by the same manufacturer that Sager uses, just like other system builders. Sager is a system builder like us, but not at our caliber.

I stand corrected on who makes what. I intended mostly to highlight limited choice. Of course, if it's more or less what you're looking for, buy here.
