Hey Gringo, since we're all making requests, how about a colorful version of that 2560x1600 one with a simple solid gold DS logo rendered in the middle (sans circles)? Ermm
Ok sorry, now I'm getting too picky, I know. Wacko

On a more serious note, what software are you using to create those? Is that all Adobe Illustrator or are you writing code to generate the background and then overlaying the logo on top?

Hey everybody, thanks for the support...
Alex - thanks!
Scaner - NP!
PatrickB - Glad your using it!
Dsnewb210 - that would rock... I would ask them to put a link to my website somewhere in the image though, or a mention somewhere :)
Bill - you're picky! hahah... i'll be making some more WP in the future, and I'll take your suggestions into consideration. I'm using Photoshop and a fractal program called apophysis to make these.. i redrew the logo with illustrator :D

Ok, here is my first tribute desktop at 2560x1600 using that software... Sorry I had to jpeg the crap out of it, but there is a limit on file size to upload to DS. I plan to use the higher quality version of this one on my system when it finally gets here...

I used Photoshop to slop the logo together. It's not very well done because I don't have Illustrator installed to do it properly. It's sitting here in the box waiting for my new computer to get here.  The jpeg quality had to be set down to 3 ! because it wouldn't upload otherwise. Oh well, when I get my new system I'll try to do something a little fancier.

I might just do that, but I have to decide what program I want to use first! Apophysis, C4D, Photoshop, too many choices =P

LOL maybe DS is using subliminal messages to get us to like them, this could explain why I love DS so much
