Just placed my order this morning and this is how I set it up to be built. Pretty standard fare I guess? It should rock! I want to thank everyone here for their advice AND the patient folks on the phone with DS for answering all my noob questions! (I went with the bigger HDD for a future 8800 GTX 768 addition, if ever need.) I wonder how fast my Q6600 will be after overclocking it? Guess we'll see?

Welcome to the wonderful world of DigitalStorm.  I am sure that you will be happy with that rig for some time.

You have a great rig, but if you can upgrade your 667MHz Ram to 800MHz Ram, your rig will be greatest. For the Q6600 CPU can overclock up to 2.8GHz with Stage 3 Air Cooling, and up to 3.2 with Liquid Cooling.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I am indeed SO looking forward to getting it home and setup! I wonder how it will take to get it? I choose regular Ground Air.

Kenny, I will call DS Monday morning and ask them to upgrade my memory to 800 MHz per your kind suggestion. Its only another few bucks to make that change. I guess I could just send them an email to accomplish the same thing?

Thanks again all,

Steve

Nice rig...I think you're going to really like that. Good move to upgrade to the 800MHz RAM.

What games do you like to play?

Thanks. I like playing most of the First Person Shooters, and I really like the WW2 stuff like COD and MOH. Also, GRAW and SWAT for more tactical play. As for my sig, well, I'm fifty-two years old and I still get just as much enjoyment outta playing today"s PC games as I did playing at the local arcade when I actually was a kid. Keeps me young, I think? Thanks for your post. Can't wait to get my new rig.
