DS said they overclocked my processor to 3.8ghz.  When I open up 'system' in control panel it only says 3.67ghz.  GPU-Z reports 3.83ghz.  So, is my system overclocked properly or is something not being reported right?  I want to make sure it's at the speed it's supposed to be.
QX6850 @ 3.33ghz
Nvidia 680i A1
4gb pc1066 RAM
2x GTX 275s
Vista Home Premium 64-bit

Right GPU-Z I meant.  Is there a reason why Windows 7 is reporting it wrong?

Ya there is, its made by M$ thats just how win7 is, it does not report the correct clock.

Windows will not see the extra 1x multiplier that is added with Turbo Mode.
