I ordered my computer from DS over an hour ago and it still hasn't arrived!!!

I don't know how much longer I can wait.   Cry
 
On a serious note, thanks to everyone here on the forums who have answered my questions over the last few days.
 
Also big thumbs up to Dave for answering all my emails.
 
These forums were a huge part in why I decided to go with DS.

Welcome to the bullpen!  I know how you're feeling. I just went into stage 2 and I cannot wait!
 
I will say this so far the DS crew has been great. I had problems with my bank and had to call two days in a row tryting to deal with it. I wound up driving down there to pay them cash, just to get things sorted.  Then I have called twice to throw in some upgrades.  I feel like one of those annoying customers...lol But hay I'm spending 4k (with tax) on a system. I promised Duke I would not call back...Embarrassed
 
I'll see if I can go 24 hours without an upgrade.J/K

Customer service is easily the best I've dealt with.

I don't want to sing their praises too much until I actually have the system, but from what I've read and experienced so far I'm very optimistic.
 
Make sure and post pics when you get your system Rank, so I can drool in anticipation. :)

 I agree  that would suck to overly sing praises only to have a shotty system or something go wrong...lol But I don't think that will be the case. Smile
 
And yes I'll post the pics as soon as it comes.

Everytime im about to order i always say...wait one more paycheck, then you can add more bling! And so it goes on and on...lol...maybe someday ill actually order one.
 
Though today dell offered me a pretty sweet deal only 1300 bucks for a 630 w/duel 8800GTs, tempting, but im gonna pass on that as well, because i love the custom options DS offers. Like the case though, makes me wish i could get dell to give me a case and send it over to DS lol.
