My vanquish level 4 :( any help?

I just ordered my vanquish level 4 few days ago and now I'm still waiting for it. At that time, I couldn't find the "FREE NVIDIA Holiday Bundle - Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (Digital Download Code)" and "FREE NVIDIA Holiday Bundle - Splinter Cell: Blacklist (Digital Download Code)" when I checkout. After few days, I recommended one of my friends to buy this vanquish level 4 and he told me that he got more 2 news games bundle than me ( I just got the batman digital download).

This make me sad because I'm fan of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag so it's possible to I change my game bundle to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag?

It would be great if digital storm help me to change this.

Usually there is no option to select these bundles as they are automatically included with your order depending on what the vendors are offering at that time...
